Gravestone at Žale

The gravestone of the Gabrovec family is located in Žale cemetery, set in 1950. Originally, Plečnik designed it for the family of locksmiths and blacksmiths, the Končan family from Domžale. Afterwards, Franc Končan created it, based on the design, for the Gabrovec family. The iron, cone-shaped spiral with a cross and eternal light atop it stands on a granite base.
